Regulamin uczestnictwa w wydarzeniach organizowanych przez The Circle Club

1. Postanowienia ogólne

  1. Niniejszy regulamin określa zasady uczestnictwa w wydarzeniach organizowanych przez The Circle Club, zwanych dalej „Organizatorem”.
  2. Uczestnictwo w wydarzeniu jest równoznaczne z akceptacją niniejszych warunków.
  3. Regulamin dotyczy wszystkich wydarzeń organizowanych przez The Circle Club, w tym męskich kręgów, warsztatów oraz innych spotkań.

2. Rejestracja i płatności

  1. Zgłoszenie udziału odbywa się poprzez formularz rejestracyjny dostępny na stronie internetowej Organizatora.
  2. Udział w wydarzeniu zostaje potwierdzony po otrzymaniu przez Organizatora kompletnego formularza oraz – w przypadku wydarzeń płatnych – uiszczeniu pełnej opłaty.
  3. Opłaty nie podlegają zwrotowi w żadnym przypadku, włączając w to rezygnację uczestnika z jakiegokolwiek powodu.
  4. Wyjątek stanowi jedynie odwołanie wydarzenia przez Organizatora.

3. Odpowiedzialność uczestnika

  1. Uczestnik zobowiązuje się do:
    • przestrzegania zasad bezpieczeństwa,
    • poszanowania innych uczestników oraz przestrzeni wydarzenia,
    • stosowania się do zaleceń Organizatora i prowadzących,
    • zachowania poufności względem informacji i doświadczeń innych uczestników dzielonych podczas wydarzenia.
  2. Uczestnik ponosi pełną odpowiedzialność za swoje zachowanie oraz ewentualne szkody wyrządzone sobie lub innym uczestnikom.
  3. Uczestnik potwierdza, że jego stan zdrowia pozwala na bezpieczny udział w wydarzeniu. W przypadku problemów zdrowotnych, uczestnik zobowiązany jest poinformować o tym Organizatora przed rozpoczęciem wydarzenia.
  4. Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za:
    • urazy, kontuzje, wypadki ani szkody na osobie lub mieniu uczestnika powstałe podczas wydarzenia,
    • warunki atmosferyczne, utrudnienia pogodowe lub inne zdarzenia niezależne od Organizatora,
    • rzeczy zagubione lub skradzione podczas wydarzenia.

4. Warunki wydarzenia plenerowego

  1. Wydarzenia odbywają się na otwartej przestrzeni (plener: las, polana, jaskinia, itp.), co wiąże się z naturalnym ryzykiem wynikającym z warunków terenowych i pogodowych.
  2. Uczestnik przyjmuje do wiadomości, że udział w wydarzeniu wymaga odpowiedniego przygotowania fizycznego i psychicznego oraz dostosowanego ubioru i sprzętu.
  3. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do niedopuszczenia do udziału w wydarzeniu osób będących pod wpływem alkoholu lub środków odurzających.
  4. Organizator nie zapewnia indywidualnego ubezpieczenia uczestników. Zaleca się, aby uczestnik posiadał własne ubezpieczenie NNW.

5. Zasady poufności i bezpiecznej przestrzeni

  1. Uczestnik zobowiązuje się do zachowania poufności względem osobistych historii, doświadczeń i informacji udostępnionych przez innych uczestników podczas wydarzenia.
  2. Uczestnik zobowiązuje się do nienagrywania i nieudostępniania treści wydarzenia bez zgody Organizatora i pozostałych uczestników.
  3. Uczestnik zobowiązuje się do tworzenia bezpiecznej i wspierającej przestrzeni dla wszystkich uczestników.

6. Zgoda na wykorzystanie wizerunku

  1. Uczestnik wyraża zgodę na nieodpłatne utrwalanie swojego wizerunku w formie zdjęć i nagrań wideo podczas wydarzenia oraz ich późniejsze wykorzystanie w materiałach promocyjnych Organizatora (w tym na stronie internetowej i w mediach społecznościowych).
  2. Jeżeli uczestnik nie wyraża zgody na wykorzystanie swojego wizerunku, zobowiązany jest poinformować o tym Organizatora przed rozpoczęciem wydarzenia.

7. Zmiany w programie

  1. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do:
    • zmiany programu wydarzenia,
    • zmiany miejsca wydarzenia (w przypadku niekorzystnych warunków pogodowych lub innych czynników losowych),
    • zmiany prowadzącego wydarzenie,
    • odwołania wydarzenia z przyczyn niezależnych od Organizatora.
  2. W przypadku odwołania wydarzenia przez Organizatora uczestnicy otrzymają zwrot wniesionych opłat w pełnej wysokości.
  3. Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za koszty poniesione przez uczestnika w związku z dojazdem do miejsca wydarzenia w przypadku jego odwołania lub zmiany terminu.

8. Dane osobowe

  1. Dane uczestników zbierane są wyłącznie na potrzeby organizacji wydarzenia i nie będą przekazywane osobom trzecim, poza przypadkami wymaganymi przepisami prawa.
  2. Administratorem danych jest The Circle Club.
  3. Uczestnik ma prawo dostępu do swoich danych osobowych oraz ich poprawiania.

9. Postanowienia końcowe

  1. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do odmowy przyjęcia zgłoszenia lub wykluczenia uczestnika z wydarzenia w przypadku naruszenia niniejszego regulaminu.
  2. Wszelkie kwestie sporne będą rozstrzygane w pierwszej kolejności polubownie, a w razie braku porozumienia – przez sąd właściwy dla siedziby Organizatora.
  3. Regulamin obowiązuje od dnia jego publikacji na stronie internetowej Organizatora.

Terms and Conditions for Events Organized by The Circle Club

1. General Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules of participation in events organized by The Circle Club, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.
  2. Participation in the event constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  3. These Terms and Conditions apply to all events organized by The Circle Club, including men’s circles, workshops, and other gatherings.

2. Registration and Payments

  1. Registration for the event is carried out via the online registration form available on the Organizer’s website.
  2. Participation in the event is confirmed upon receipt of the completed form by the Organizer and, in the case of paid events, the payment of the full applicable fee.
  3. Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including participant cancellation for any reason.
  4. The only exception is event cancellation by the Organizer.

3. Participant Responsibility

  1. The participant undertakes to:
    • comply with safety rules,
    • respect other participants and the event space,
    • follow the instructions of the Organizer and facilitators,
    • maintain confidentiality regarding information and experiences shared by other participants during the event.
  2. The participant bears full responsibility for their behavior and any damage caused to themselves or other participants.
  3. The participant confirms that their health condition allows for safe participation in the event. In case of health issues, the participant is obliged to inform the Organizer before the start of the event.
  4. The Organizer is not responsible for:
    • injuries, accidents, or damages to the participant’s person or property occurring during the event,
    • weather conditions, adverse weather disruptions, or other events beyond the Organizer’s control,
    • lost or stolen belongings during the event.

4. Outdoor Event Conditions

  1. Events take place in open spaces (outdoor areas: forest, meadow, cave, etc.), which involve natural risks related to terrain and weather conditions.
  2. The participant acknowledges that participation requires appropriate physical and mental preparation, as well as suitable clothing and equipment.
  3. The Organizer reserves the right to deny participation to persons under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances.
  4. The Organizer does not provide individual insurance for participants. It is recommended that participants hold personal accident insurance.

5. Confidentiality and Safe Space Principles

  1. The participant commits to maintaining confidentiality regarding personal stories, experiences, and information shared by other participants during the event.
  2. The participant commits to not recording or sharing event content without the consent of the Organizer and other participants.
  3. The participant commits to creating a safe and supportive space for all participants.

6. Consent for Use of Image

  1. The participant consents to the free use of their image in photos and video recordings taken during the event and their later use in the Organizer’s promotional materials (including the website and social media).
  2. If the participant does not consent to the use of their image, they are obliged to inform the Organizer before the start of the event.

7. Changes to the Program

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to:
    • change the event program,
    • change the event location (in case of unfavorable weather conditions or other force majeure events),
    • change the event facilitator,
    • cancel the event for reasons beyond the Organizer’s control.
  2. In the event of cancellation by the Organizer, participants will receive a full refund of the fees paid.
  3. The Organizer is not liable for costs incurred by the participant in connection with travel to the event location in case of its cancellation or change of date.

8. Personal Data

  1. Participants’ data is collected solely for the purpose of event organization and will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law.
  2. The data controller is The Circle Club.
  3. The participant has the right to access and correct their personal data.

9. Final Provisions

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse registration or exclude a participant from the event in case of violation of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably in the first instance, and in the absence of agreement, by the court competent for the Organizer’s registered office.
  3. These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of their publication on the Organizer’s website.
